One: Can not turn on the power, power on without power
01.Check the knob switch
02.Check whether the coil of the power-on relay is normal and whether it is energized or not
03.Check whether the switching power supply is normal output 24V
Two: the cylinder can not point
01.Check the PLC or HMI to see if the relevant IO points are output normally after the cylinder is activated
02.Whether the solenoid valve is damaged
Third: FOG pre-posting suction negative pressure detection abnormalities
01.Check whether the material is deformed, resulting in poor suction
02.Check whether the table is normal display OUT1 output
Fourth: FOG photo failed to prompt
01.Whether the product model matches
02.FOG whether there is a bad influence on the incoming material to catch the edge
03.Visual edge grabbing is not set up
Fifth: CG failed to take pictures prompt
01.Whether there is bad ink on the cover plate
02.Whether the hole position of the cover plate is consistent with the calibration product
Six: cylinder limit alarm
01.Find the IO interface to view the relevant cylinder alarm limit line number
02.Use the instrument screwdriver to adjust the position of the limit sensor
Seventh: the material to take material suction on the material
01.Check whether the negative pressure table value is normal
02.Check the line suction nozzle position is appropriate, there is no vacuum leakage
